 We are passionate about cooking and sharing our love for food with our guests. That's why we offer a variety of cooking classes that cater to all levels of experience and culinary interests. Our classes cover a range of topics, from mastering the perfect roux and canning techniques to baking delicious pastries. We also feature special guest chefs from around the world who specialize in different cuisines, such as pasta making, traditional Chinese cooking, authentic Laotian dishes, and the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. 

 We take pride in our seasonal garden and want to share the joy of harvesting fresh produce with our guests. When our garden is in season, it requires a lot of attention, from planting to weeding and tilling; however, the most rewarding part of it all is harvesting the fruits of our labor. We invite our guests to join us in this process and pick their own fresh vegetables and fruits straight from the earth. Whether it's tomatoes, zucchinis, green beans or okra, you'll learn the art of harvesting and take home yummy fresh produce.
